    Matt oversees Toitoi Residential's overall business operations, specialising in construction management, pricing, accounts, and client relationships. With a deep understanding of cost control and value-driven outcomes, he ensures each project is priced accurately and delivered with precision. Matt is passionate about creating systems and solutions that streamline every phase of the building process. When he's not managing the company, he enjoys snow skiing, golfing, and making the most of Queenstown with his young family.

    DIRECTOR & PROJECT MANAGER

    Josh brings over 13 years of hands-on experience to the Toitoi team. Starting out on the tools, he now manages job sites and project delivery. Josh is known for his attention to detail and his ability to coordinate trades and timelines efficiently. He leads with integrity and ensures each build is delivered to the highest standard.

    DIRECTOR & FOREMAN

    With over 20 years in the industry, Mark leads one of Toitoi's on-site construction crews. A skilled foreman with extensive experience, Mark plays a vital role in maintaining the company’s high build standards on site. His leadership and knowledge help guide our team of qualified tradespeople and apprentices. Mark is passionate about building high-quality homes and enjoys the satisfaction of delivering exceptional results.
